At Maison & Fitch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home curation. If a piece does not perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for all eligible items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
